Pre-Order Policy and Information

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer. These are only an estimation by the manufacturer and do often times change.

How long will it take to arrive?
Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number.

Will each item on my order ship separately as they arrive?
No. All pre-orders ship as they arrive. If you place an order with different items that have different estimated ship dates, we will ship your order until all items are in stock. If you’re feeling impatient, you may email us at any time to request a shipping quote for any items from your pre-order that are in stock. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request.

When will you charge me for my item?
To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow cancellations of any orders or services purchased through our website. By making a purchase with us, you agree to our no cancellation policy.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
    Incorrect information provided during checkout
  • Customer error in selecting product, service, or package
  • Technical issues or glitches during the ordering process
  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason related to a cancelled or modified order.

Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?
Each retailer receives items at different time frames from the manufacturer. Ordering from us is no guarantee you will receive an item first. Ordering us assures you will receive these limited releases and save you from the stress of searching for stores or paying exorbitant prices after release. The time we receive a product can vary from up to 4 weeks or more from other retailers. Please rest assured that if you placed your order, we will ship your item as soon as we receive our shipment. Please be sure to sign up for our email newsletter where we continuously update you on shipping updates and changes to estimated ship dates.

My Pre-Order delivery date has moved out to another month. What’s going on?
Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side from shipping delays, and supply chain issues, release dates may change constantly. We will update each item’s description, send out email alerts, and update our newsletter with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.
